So although this property is still a great investment making less than that - I have tunnel vision on being their biggest competition. ![]() □ Our closest competitor who doesn’t have professional photos, a hot tub, a paddle boat, or professional design made 120K annual rev last year. ![]() Down payment, hot tub, paddle boat, water heater, furniture, tree removal, renovations, 3 months of supplies, etc. Total spent on the property was $120K - inclusive of EVERYTHING. □We purchased it for 319K and it appraised for 350K □ We used a 20% down investment loan. We split all costs and sweat equity as evenly as possible. ![]() This property was a big move towards that. One of my largest goals with real estate investing was to make the people closest to me wealthier. We’re 99% complete with Hale Haven!
